Breakfast Time

┬áMorning Glory – Breakfast in a bowl

1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp goji berries
1/2 Cup water
1/2 Cup pitted fresh cherries – sliced in half
1/2 Cup blue berries
10 almonds – chopped
10 walnuts – chopped
1 Large apple – chopped
1 Large pear – chopped

Place the chia seeds, goji berries and the water into a bowl to soak for at least 10 mins.
Pit the cherries and place in a large bowl. Combine with the blueberries and all other chopped ingredients. Once ready add the chia mixture. Stir and enjoy. Makes 2 bowls.
